Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at UNC Charlotte’s International Festival! This event could not run without the help of our volunteers. 

UNC Charlotte students, student groups, and community members play a crucial role in the International Festival, not only by attending and participating but also by generously volunteering their time and energy to make the event a reality. The Festival serves as a vibrant showcase of global diversity, made possible through the concerted efforts of our office, the cooperation of our campus partners, and the indispensable contributions of our volunteers.

Volunteers can sign up to help with a number of different tasks such as passing out flyers on campus, decorating campus with chalk art to bring awareness, helping with booth set up and break down, and so much more. Visit our signup website to see all the shift options ranging from promoting the Festival on campus, setting up the day before, helping during the event and cleaning up that night. There are even opportunities for registered student groups to have paid volunteer shifts. 

Join the fun and get rewarded! All volunteers receive a FREE International Festival T-shirt as a token of our appreciation for helping create such a vibrant event.
