Registration

The date of the 2026 International Festival is held in the fall semester, in late September or early October. The 2026 International Festival will be held Saturday, September 19, 2026.

The International Festival would not be the beloved event that it is today without the vibrant contributions of numerous cultural and student groups and performers. We warmly invite groups representing a variety of cultures or countries to apply and showcase their unique heritage through performances, culinary delights, captivating booths, and more. We enthusiastically encourage UNC Charlotte student groups to participate and offer a special discount to registered student organizations. Registration typically opens in July and closes in August. You can participate in any combination of: Booth (fees vary per booth type), Performance (no charge), or Parade of Nations (no charge).

A confirmation message will be sent upon the successful completion of the registration form.

Registration Deadlines

For booth registration, the deadline is 3 weeks before the festival. The 2025 booth registration deadline is Sunday, August 30.

For dance performance or Parade of Nations registration, the deadline is 2 weeks before the festival. The 2026 dance performance or Parade of Nations registration deadline is Sunday, September 6.
